Our 2026 New Year resolution: bringing you to Novi Zagreb
For years now, we have been offering a tour of Novi Zagreb. So far, it was a private tour, which meant that you had to book it for yourselves - this made it more expensive and harder to organise. It's time to change that - in 2026 we are organising the Novi Zagreb tour each Saturday from May to October. Join a shared group of curious travellers and explore the area south of the river Sava. Valentine’s Special: Dark Romance in Zagreb
February is always very busy here in Secret Zagreb, as we get a lot of visits from Zagreb locals. Isn't it the best time to join our most romantic tour Dark Romance in Zagreb? We would say that it's always a good time to choose that particular tour, as it shares a lot of personal stories about well-known Croats, and it's an interesting perspective on the local history. However, this tour's curse is that it gets chosen almost exclusively around Valentine's Day. In the month of February, this is by far our most popular tour.

What to expect?
The best time to visit the main Zagreb cemetery is in the first days of November, just after All Saints Day, when the graves are full of flowers and candles. The cemetery will make a perfect backdrop for our stories. Read more about the tour here.
